We are an artisan food producer specialising in real bread, herbs and spices and preserves. For the last 8 years we’ve taught cooking/ baking workshops.

We are members of the Produced in Kent, Green Tourism in Business and the Real Bread Campaign. Our kitchen was awarded top marks for its hygiene rating.

We try our best to make our business as sustainable as possible; running on green electric and using recyclable or compostable materials where appropriate, and trying to source local products and materials.
