We use good quality ingredients and where possible use ingredients we have grown in our garden and support local businesses. We make small batches or seasonal preserves.

We are members of the Produced in Kent, Green Tourism in Business and the Real Bread Campaign. Our kitchen was awarded top marks for its hygiene rating.

For the last 4 years we’ve taught cooking/ baking and flower workshops. We have made bread including sourdough, cakes and preserves for sale locally.

We try to our best to make sure our packaging is sustainable and the materials can be recycled.
