- Savoury Bakers Topping is a seasoning that can be used as a condiment or sprinkle, made with sesame seeds and selected spices including onion, garlic and salt. An authentic hand blended premium spice, prepared by us at Green Cottages Kitchen, in Kent.
- The Savoury Bakers Topping we like to sprinkle on shaped bread dough, grissini or crackers. Before sprinkling we spray the dough with water to enable the topping to stick to the dough. Alternatively you can pour the topping into a bowl, spray the top of the dough with water and roll the dough in the topping. We like to sprinkle this topping on focaccia dough just before it is put in the oven to bake. We also like to add this topping to natural yoghurt or crème fraiche to make a dip or sprinkle it on houmous or sprinkle over salad.
- Naturally Low in carbohydrate, high in protein, it contains healthy fats from the sesame seeds, makes a tasty, oniony garlicky savoury spice mix.
- Savoury Bakers Topping contains no added sugar at all. Contains no artificial colours, flavours, no added starches or anti caking agents.
