Delightfully light Stollen with Cranberries, Almonds, Raisins, Brandy and Orange. This is not a heavy stollen.
These Stollens have crème armande (almond paste) threaded through the middle. The dough is dotted with plump cranberries and raisins soaked in brandy and scented with fresh orange peel as well as pieces of of marzipan. These have been a hit at our food markets so we’ve now made these available online.
Ingredients; FLOUR (WHEAT), BUTTER (DAIRY), MILK, sugar, cranberries, raisins, ALMONDS (NUTS), EGG, orange, Brandy, sunflower oil, yeast, cinnamon, salt

Freshly backed - please store for max 2/3 days in airtight box or freeze until required. Thaw out at room temperature. Store in freezer for upto 6 months.
